Testing steps:

1. Install the specimen: first secure one end of the specimen with the inner specimen clamp, then secure the other end with the front sample clamp . To prevent the specimen from coming loose, squeeze the specimen slightly to hold it in place. When the sample is a tensile sample, it can be fixed on the test bench with double-sided tape. Moreover, whens the sample table stops at the inside position, it will be difficult to install the sample, so you can press the approach button at this time and then move it to the front position.

2. Install the white cotton cloth for friction: lift the friction head bracket and lean it against the rear support rod. Spread a white cotton cloth on the friction surface (curved surface), then secure it with a square spring clip on it. Please note that no creases may appear on the white cotton fabric at this time.

3. Place the friction head holder on the specimen table, please confirm that the specimen table is at the front of the hand before putting the friction head holder , if it is not in front of the hand, press the approach button to move it Move to the position in front of the hand and put down the support of the friction head.

4. Turn on the intpower switch and set the number of counters.

5. Press the start button, the machine starts to reciprocate and stops automatically when the set number of times is reached. If you want to stop the test in the middle of the test, please press the stop button.

6. Judgment of test results: After the test, judge the white cotton cloth for rubbing according to JIS 0801 9 (color rapidness judgment). (Compared to gray sample card for stain evaluation)
