Product Description:

ICI Pilling Tester is a general pilling testing system with 2 or 4 test heads, which can be used to quickly simulate fabric pilling within a certain time frame of time under normal wearing conditions. Electronic drive unit, electronic digital counter and sample loader.

Applicable to carding fine wool and other easy to work fabrics . Rolling friction rupture fabric pilling test of ball fabrics to assess the degree of fabric pilling under unloaded conditions.

Notes:

1. Maintain a steady voltage forant use to avoid power depletion.

2. Regularly clean the cork underlay with a suitable cleaning agent, eg. B. denatured alcohol or chloroethane.

3. When replacing the test tube, the new test tube should be inspected for use.

4. Regularly check whether the panel buttons and the screws of each part are in good condition.

5. Before and after each experiment, clean the instrument and ensure that all lint and debris are removed from the box.

6. Every six months the reference substance should be retested and compared with the original test sample.
