The internal working components of the SUN plug-in valve are all heat-treated, processed to be wear-resistant, impact-resistant, fatigue-resistant and have a long service life. Before leaving the factory, SUN plug-in valves are fully functionally tested. SUN plug-in valves are used by on-site engineers and technicians to create oil pressure systems with large flow, low pressure drop, space efficiency and easy installation.

As long as the pilot pressure is 75psi (5bar) higher than the discharge pressure, the coil can be opened.

The pressport 4 (discharge port) does not exceed 5000 psi (350 bar)

The pilot-open check valve is a latching valve, not an action control valve. If motion control is required, use a counterweight valve.

The 4-port pilot opening check valve and the 4-port balancing valve are structurally interchangeable. (For the same specs, they are the same flow path and hole type). However, keep in mind that their external dimensions may not be the same.

Approximately every 4000 actuations there will be 1 drop (0.07 cc) of leakage from the control chamber into the spring chamber.

Very low leakage. Seats and coils are heat treated for long life. If the load has shifted through the valve, the seat is most likely damaged by contamination and the valve must be replaced.

If the circuit has no leakage between the ports vrequired, this pilot-sealed valve can be used.

Port 4 (external leak) must not be closed with a gasket, this leakage will eventually cause valve failure.
