Operating steps:

2. After cutting the standard test piece (outer diameter 108mm, inner diameter 8mm, thickness 3mm), stick one side of the double-sided tape to the back of the test piece , and the other side After removing the sticker, weigh the sample and record the weight to four decimal places.

3. Confirm that the power supply voltage is AC220V, 50HZ.

4. Lift the arm of the test arm, then turn on the power and try to use it first, check whether the machine works normally, and then lift the arm of the test arm and the vacuum arm and remove them Attach the nut and the "gasket (washer)" of the test piece, loosen the fixing ring fixing screw with a wrench and pick up the fixing ring.

5. Cut the prepared fine sandpaper into the test piece model, put the center hole on the screw, insert the gasket and fix the nut with the test piece. Attach the fine sandpaper to the disc.

6. Insert the fixed washer, flatten the sandpaper and tighten the fixed washer and fixed nut with a wrench.

7. Select the grinding wheel according to the test standard and loosen and remove the grinding wheel fixing nut. After installing, tighten the grinding wheel to secure it.

8. Place the required weight into the weight counterweight according to the test standard (the weight placed in this test machine is 750g).

13. After stopping the machine, use a small brush to remove the sand layer on the leather surface, and remove the test piece together with the double-sided tape and weigh it with a precision scale and write it down to four decimal places. The test value can be obtained by calculating according to the formula.
