Main Application:
Shoelace Abrasion Tester/Shoelace Abrasion Tester is suitable for the friction test between shoelaces and shoelaces, used to test cotton, the abrasion resistance of shoelaces woven from various materials such as hemp and chemical fiber.

Applicable standards:
EN ISO 22774, DIN-4843, QB/T-2226, SATRA, TM 93/154, BS 5131 , GB/T 3903.36-2008

Test principle:
Shoelace and shoelace sharpening: Take two shoelaces and hook the middle, around a right and a left. Use the machine\'s right clamp (moving clamp) to clamp the two ends of the right belt. After clamping, the two ends are naturally separated by 25mm. Using a sample gauge, the right strap is hooked to the left strap at 52.2°, and the hook point is in line with the left strap. The distance between the clamping points is 120mm, and then the lnotch clamp (fixed clamp) one end of the left belt, and the other end is placed in the groove of the pulley, and the lower part is tied with a weight. The natural distance between the clamping point and the wheel groove is 35 + 5 mm. Go back and forth in a straight line at high speed so that the middle parts of the two shoelaces rub against each other and record the number of rubs when the test reaches the specified number of rubs or when the shoelaces break.

Sampling requirements:
1. Take 4 or more (2 groups or more) for shoelace testing.
2. The shoelace samples are parked in the lab environment for over 16 hours.

Test steps:
1. Take 4 or more shoelace samples for testing;
2. Shoelace samples in Park in the laboratory environment for more than 16 hours;
3. Hook the middle parts of the two shoelace samples;
4. Clamp the right shoelace sample:
Detach the movable holder Butterfly knob, place the two ends of a shoelace into the two grooves of the lower splint of the movable holder, and then turn the butterfly knob slightly to fix it;
The sample meter is placed on the test bench, and the sample measure The lower end is against the lower end of the movable holder, the upper end is placed in the right shoelace, so that the rightshoelace hooks the left shoelace at an angle of 52.5°;
Loosen the fixing screw on the clip, place the lower clip on the sample gauge and align it, then Insert the two sides of the right shoelace into the groove of the bottom clip, place the top clip on the shoelace and align it with the stand and lock it with the set screw.
Tighten both ends of the right shoelace and lock the butterfly button.
5. Clamp the left shoelace sample:
Put one end of the left shoelace into the roller and tie it to the hook with a weight of 250g;
Place the left shoelace Put the other end of the shoe into the groove of the fastener, tighten the shoelace so that the tied weight is at the bottom of the roller and lock the butterfly knob.
6. Remove the sample meter;
7. Start the power switch, set the number of tests;
8. Start test button,start the test;
9. After the number of tests is reached, remove the sample, observe the degree of friction of the sample, and judge it according to the standard requirements. If it breaks before the number of tests is reached, record the number of breaks.

Precautions:
1. When clamping the shoelace sample, the shoelace must not be twisted.
2. Calculation and evaluation of the results:
Check the wear of the shoelaces. If there are any discrepancies such as fraying, fraying, severe wear or serious deterioration of appearance, it will be judged unqualified.
