Test Purpose: To test the abrasion resistance of finished shoes and soles. Testing equipment: XK-3042 finished shoe abrasion tester, vernier caliper Test condition: room temperature (23±2°C) Test sample: finished shoe or sole. Parameter requirements: 1. The loading weight is 500g. 2. The rotation speed is 191r/min. 3. The test time is 20 minutes. Test Steps: 1. Clamp off the sample: a) Raise the bottom of the sample and attach it to the sample holder on the left end of the scale. b) Adjust the handwheel so that the position of the grinding wheel is aligned with the flat part of the sample. The position of the grinding wheel should be at the top left of the sample. (Keep a certain distance between the grinding wheel and the sample) c) Place a weight on the weight plate at the right end of the balance and adjust both ends to keep it level. d) Place a 500 gram weight on the weight plate on the right side of the balance. e) Loosen the fixing bolt and adjust the height of the grinding wheel with the hand wheel to balance the left and right ends of the balance. Then tighten the bolts. 2. According to the requirements of the test code, adjust the potentiometer to the default speed value of 191r/min. 3. Turn on the power button and set the timer to the time required for the test to lastthe 20 minutes. 4. Press the start button and the machine will start running. The grinding wheel grinds on the sample and leaves wear marks. 5. The machine will stop automatically after reaching the set time. 6. Remove the sample, measure with a vernier caliper (accurate to within 0.02 mm) the length of the wear scar left on the sample by the grinding wheel, and record the result. 7. Test a minimum of three values ​​for each sample and take the average value. Precautions: 1. If the shape of the ground is trapezoidal instead of rectangular, the test fails and needs to be ground again.
