The button pull tester adopts a double space structure under the oil cylinder. There is a tensile space between the top beam and the middle beam, which is mainly used for tensile testing of the specimen. There is a compression gap between the workbench and the central beam, which can carry out compression, bending, shear and other tests on the specimen. The traction space and compression space can be automatically adjusted by turning the screw and moving up and downe the central beam.

1. Choose to install it in a clean, dry, vibration-free room where the ambient temperature can be controlled at (10~35)℃. And the room should have enough space to ensure that there is more than 70 cm of space around the testing machine for testing and daily maintenance.

2. Dig a hole downward from the installation location. The dimensions should be more than 50cm in length and wider than the base of the testing machine, and the depth should not be less than 30cm.

3. Pour concrete with a strength level of at least C20 into the pit. When pouring concrete, leave holes for anchor screws and pipes for installing circuits and sensors. The flat surface of the foundation in bEton must be leveled with a spirit level.

4. Connect to a three-phase four-wire power supply. The power supply must be equipped with a pneumatic switch and a leakage protection device. The distance between the wires and the ground should be greater than 150cm, and a manual switch should be installed on the wires to control the power supply of the testing machine.

5. The main body should use a frame level or borrow the metal hammer from the accessory to correct the verticality of the column in two mutually perpendicular directions, and insert a small piece of iron at the bottom of the main body. adjustment of the method. Install anchor screws and spring washers if necessary. Use high-strength cement mortar to solidify the anchor screw holes, fill the gaps between the testing machine and the ground, sprinkle with water for more than\'one week, then tighten the screws.
