Operation steps:

1. Before loading the sample, you need to adjust theScale beam to appropriate height depending on sample thickness. Install the precision cutting tool onto the scale beam and place it on the sample. Start the instrument and the turntable rotates at a constant speed to ensure accurate measurement results. By varying the load placed on the cutting tool, you can evaluate a material\'s resistance to shearing or scratching.

2. The scale beam of the instrument is designed so that it can be level with the sample and the turntable, and can be raised or lowered according to actual needs. Additionally, the balance beam can be lifted and suspended in the air to facilitate sample removal by the operator. By changing the position of the sliding weight, the total load on the sample can be adjusted in the range of 0 to 1000 g. The cutting tool can choose to use tungsten carbide drill bit or con drill bitique.

3. Test results can be judged visually using the provided 10x magnifying glass, or users can also use a high-precision optical microscope for observation.
