1. Before commissioning, leave the control valve fully open and fluid flow for a period of time before putting it into normal operation.

2. Medium scouring method: Use the scouring energy of the medium itself to wash and remove things that are easy to precipitate and bloquer, in order to improve the anti-blocking function of the valve. Common methods are:

a. Switch to closed-flow type;

5. External flushing method: When some fluids that are easy to precipitate and contain solid particles are regulated by ordinary valves, the throttle orifice and the guide are often blocked, and the flushing gas and the bottom cap of the bottom valve cover can be connected outside. to smoke. When the control valve is stuckor stuck, open the external gas or steam valve to complete the flushing work without moving the control valve, so that the valve can work normally.

6. Pipeline filter installation method: for small diameter control valves, especially ultra-small flow control valves, the throttle gap is extremely small, even if there is a little slag in the middle, it will be blocked. A filter is installed on the front pipe to ensure the smooth passage of the medium. For the control valve used with a positioner, the positioner does not operate normally and blockage of the gas path orifice is a common fault.
