QINSUN interprets common faults and troubleshooting methods of Magnetic Flap Level Gauge –

The magnetic flap level gauge has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, stable performance, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. It is mainly used in liquid level measurement, control and monitoring in the fields of petroleum processing, food processing, chemical industry, water treatment, pharmaceutical, electric power, papermaking, metallurgy, shipbuilding and boilers.

Common faults and troubleshooting methods of the magnetic flap level gauge are as follows:

1. The liquid level rises and falls, and the instrument does not has no indication:

Cause of fault:

1. Float is leaking or damaged;

2. Float is demagnetized ;

3. There are foreign objects in the float chamber and the floatis stuck or cannot be lifted.

Troubleshooting method:

1. Clean the measuring cylinder of the liquid level gauge;

2. Replace the float.

2. The indication of the rotating column is abnormal:

The cause of the failure: the magnetic rotating column loses its magnetism.

Troubleshooting method: Replace partially demagnetized rocker column.

3. The instrument leaks:

1. The cause of the failure: the joint is not well sealed.

Troubleshooting method: Press down firmly on the lid.

2. Cause of failure: The gasket is damaged.

Troubleshooting method: Replace gasket.

3. Cause of failure: weld cracking.

Troubleshooting method: repair weld or send to manufacturer for repair.
