Principle of the test:

(2) Static method: The hydrostatic pressure resistance of the material is determined by testing the water infiltration of the sample after holding the pressure pend for a certain period of time under a certain hydrostatic pressure.

Points to note:

1. Place the sample horizontally without bulging it;

2. The area above or below the fabric subject to continuous increasing water pressure is 100 cm2;

3. During the test, the clamping device must not leak water;

4. The sample will not slip in the clamping device;

5. Minimize the sample in the water penetration potential at the edge of the clamping device.
