Test principle:

Precautions:

1. Add liquidid medium into the constant temperature tank to immerse the tube in evaporation in the medium, the liquid The surface is below the work surface and above the tubes of the internal evaporator. During use, the medium slowly volatilizes and the liquid level drops. When the liquid level is lower than the evaporation tube, the medium should be added in time. 3. The selection of the liquid medium in the tank should follow the following principles:

1) Antifreeze is used for the general liquid medium;

2) When the working temperature is (at 85-95)℃, the liquid medium can be 15% aqueous glycerin solution;

4. When using alcohol for low temperature test, avoid open flames so as not to burn the tank at constant temperature.

5. Do not immerse the low temperature thermostat in water. Otherwise, it may cause a short circuit or electric shock.

6. Do not tilt or overturn the test chamber. In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data, the instrument should be in a quiet, windy and dark place during the test, andavoid air conditioning and heating equipment.

7. Attention should be paid to the compression of the specimen. Do not over compress and affect the accuracy of the test. After the sample thickness measurement is completed, please turn off the thickness gauge.

8. During the test, please do not use the test computer for other work, and do not delete or change the names of files and directories created by our company, otherwise the software may not being able to run.

9. During the test, please provide special guards. If there is any unexpected situation, please exit the test immediately and turn off the host.

10. Do not disassemble, repair or modify yourself. Failure to do so may result in fire, electric shock, or injury. Please consult our company\'s customer service when repairs are needed.
