Operation Steps of High Temperature Thermal Conductivity Tester

Main Parameters:

1. Thermal conductivity: 0.001-25W/M.K;

2. Measurement temperature: up to 1250, 1400, 1600°C, the temperature range can be adjusted according to user\'s requirements;

3. Sample size: square body less than 300*300*100 (mm) is acceptable.

Steps operation:

1. Turn on the water bath: turn on the power switch, cycle switch and refrigeration switch in turn to adjust the temperature of the cold plate. /p>

2. Turn on the computer, enter the main interface of the thermal conductivity tester, click the \"Enter\" button to enter the measurement interface (when the software prompts you to turn on the power supply, turn on the switch on the right side of the testur).

3. On the left side of the operation interface, enter the relevant parameters of test unit name, tester and test piece name in order.

4. Set the heating plate temperature: In the heating plate temperature box, fill in the required test temperature.

5. The thickness of the specimen is the average value of two measurements in the placement of the specimen, the warm-up time is generally 30 minutes, and the test time is generally 150 minutes.

6. Click the \"Start Experiment\" button to start the experiment.

7. After the measurement is completed, the system will automatically give the test result and test report, save or print the corresponding report.

8. Exit the experiment, exit the program and turn off the water bath: turn off the refrigeration switch in turn.

9. When the measurement is complete, take out thespecimen, place it in the protection plate and turn the equipment upside down.

10. Clean and cover the instrument. Before leaving the lab, make sure all electrical power is turned off.
