The friction head passes through a roller with a fixed diameter and a fixed The reversing paper tape driven by a high-speed motor will continue to apply force to the surface of the sample until the surface substrate is seen or reaches a certain degree of wear, and the wear resistance of the sample is evaluated by the number of engine reversals displayed by the counter. Abrasion testing machine is suitable for determining the wear rate of rubber products against abrasion. It is a very suitable test machine for comparison experiments and inspection and classification of product balances.

1. Wear Tester Operation


1. Turn on the main power and check whether the voltage is normal.

2. Take the bottom of the shoe with the insole and remove the upper leather if sample, and there are 3 experimental samples. Draw a line along the wide part of the sole, find the midpoint of this line, then use the notching knife to make a single incision parallel to this line and as close to this midpoint as possible. The notch must go through the full thickness of the outsole and into the insole or equivalent. If there are different materials to form the sole, another cut should be made, but the cut should be avoided in the area of ​​15 mm from the edge of the sole, and the length of the first cut should be measured with a test magnifying glass glass and a caliper.

3. Turn on the power switch of the testing machine and adjust the fixture to the central bending position, i.e. close to the 90° position. Loosen the fixture's hexagon socket screw, clamp the prepared posts into the fixture one by one and tighten the fixture's hexagon socket screw. And put on the safety cover.

4. According to the relevant customer requirements, configure the number of bending times and bending speed and press the start button to start the test.

5. After the number of experiments has been reached, the equipment will automatically shut down. the wear-resistant testing machine uses a test magnifying glass and a caliper to measure the final length of the cut on the surface of the sample and calculate the difference between the final cut length and the initial cut length.

6. Record test results.

Second, maintenance procedures for wear resistant test machines:

1. After each use of the instrument, first turn off the pRemove the tested sample from the equipment, wipe the dust and stains on the instrument with a clean dry cotton cloth and fully restore the normal condition before use.

2. The ambient temperature where the instrument is placed should not be too high and the relative humidity should not be too high.

3. If the instrument is not used frequently, the exterior should be cleaned occasionally and the power should be turned on from time to time to prevent the circuit from being damp and cause bad situations.

4. Each part of the bearing should be lubricated regularly to prolong the life of the equipment.
