Main Application:
Martindale Abrasion Tester_Martindale Abrasion Tester_Fabric Flat Grinding Instrument is used in textile, footwear, clothing and other industries, suitable for testing the abrasion resistance and pilling degree of knitted fabrics, woolen fabrics, imitation leather, synthetic leather, etc. under pressure.

Test principle:
1. Under a certain pressure, the round fabric sample is mixed with a standard Lissajous abrasive. The motion trajectories of the curves rub against each other, resulting in damage to the sample, and the abrasion resistance of the fabric is expressed by the number of times the sample is damaged.
2. Under a certain pressure, the circular sample is rubbed against the fabric of the same material in the movement trajectory of the Lissajous figure. After reaching the specified number of revolutions, the pilling level of the sample is evaluated.

Test procedure:
1. Cut a sample from the flat part of the sample. If it is an insole, it must be cut to the transfer part;
2. Remove the load and load shaft from the testing machine;

4. Sample device: loosen the fixing ring on the test fixture, remove the sample pressing piece and put the sample into the test fixture base, put a piece of sample gasket between the sample and the test fixture base, then put the sample gland on the sample gasket and fix it with a fixing ring; br />5. Precautions:
1. The friction cloth cannot be used repeatedly, and a friction cloth must be replaced each time a test is completed;
