Working principle:

Martindale Abrasion Testing Machine Test Steps:
1. The sample is parked in the laboratory environment for more than 8 hours.
2. Cut a sample from the flat part of the sample. If it is an insole, it will need to be cut down to the transfer area.
3. Remove the load and shaft fromload of the testing machine.
4. Remove the top plate and test fixture.
5. Sample installation: loosen the fixing ring on the test device, remove the sample pressing part, place the sample in the base of the test device, and place a sample pad between the sample and the base of the test device. piece, then place the sample pressure piece on the sample joint and secure it with a fixing ring.
6. Installation of wool felt and friction cloth: Loosen the fixing screws and fixing rings, place the wool felt on the base and spread the friction cloth, press the center of a 2.5 pressure plate kg.r of the friction cloth and reinstall it. Secure the ring and tighten the adjustment screw.
7. Reinstall the top plate and push the load shaft (12 KPa) through the round hole in the top plate.

9. Set the number of times according to the standard, turn on the switch and start the test.
10. After reaching the set number of times, the machine will automatically stop and remove the sample to determine the result.

Notes:
1. The friction cloth cannot be used repeatedly. A friction cloth should be replaced each time a test is completed.
2. Wool felt can be used repeatedly and does not need to be replaced until the surface is worn or stained.
