3. Test method

Preparation of the sample

Place it in a standard environment in a flat, unstretched state for 24 hours according to different standards.

Selection of samples

Cut a sample from different parts of the entire door fabric, the sample must be representative. If it is a luxury fabric, the sample must cover all the surface of the fabric. Other texture and color;

Remove load and load shaft from test machine;

Remove top plate and test rig;

Loosen the fixing ring on the test fixture, remove the test pressure piece and place the sample in the base of the test fixture. 4. Test Results

Fluffing Evaluation of the pilling level: Under the standard light source, compare the assessment with the standard photo, that is, have multiple sorters compare and analyze the sample with the standard photo in the assessment box and use the result as the pilling level of the example photo method.
