Operating method of the machine:
1. Obtain the required test specimens per the CNS1272 learning sampling regulations.
2. Turn on the power and check whether the instrument works normally.
3. Start the inch adjustment knob so that the upper armature can be adjusted to mark the level indicator of the engraving ring.
4. Install the test piece according to the installation memethod of the sample to be tested.
5. Set the counter to set the number of resistances or the timer to set the time of resistance.
6. Turn on the test power button to start the test.
7. Method for assessing the state of damage on both sides of the test piece:
7.1 Method for setting the counter: the number of times the bending resistance can be set to stop the assessment .
For example: complete the set bend 10,000 times, determine the damage level after stopping, and note the green bendThe number of times of reciprocation.
Qualification: After the kink test, assess the damage to the inside and outside of the leather using the following table.
Grade Assessment Criterion
1 Part of the phenomenon of cutting or obvious tearing is unbearable for users.
2 Those with obvious cracks (those that have troublecorpses with paint can be corrected on the leather surface)
3 Those with slightly obvious cracks (Note 1) (Example: can be used on the leather surface Those who use paint to correct)
4 Fewer cracks (Note 1) (Example: those who can easily use paint to correct the leather surface)
5 No cracks
Note 1 If there is a crack that is deep penetrates into the leathery layer, it is rated as a grade 1.
