Introduction to Atomization Testers and Related Standards
Technical Features
Wide-range, high-precision temperature control device easily performs non-standard testing
6 test positions Designed to perform sample testing and blank testing simultaneously.
The equipment operates stably, providing users with accurate and reliable test data
Test principle
The sample is ready The fog cup is heated and begins to volatilize, and the volatilized gas condenses on the glass plate or aluminum foil that has been cooled by the cooling chamber. After the condensation process is completed, remove the glass plate or aluminum foil, measure the atomization value or weight of the condensed components of the glass plate or aluminum foil and compare them with the data before condensation to obtainnite the atomization and volatilization characteristics of the sample.
Executive standards
ISO 6452, DIN 75201, SAE J1756, QB/T 2728, BS EN 14288, PV 3920, PV 3015,ES-X83231, NES M0161, D45 1727, GM 9305P, TSM 0503G
Measuring method
Brightness method: The gas evaporated when the sample is heated in the nebulizer cup condenses at low-temperature glass plate and passes through the glass plate. The gloss value before and after condensation is compared and calculated, and the fogging value of the sample can be obtained. (Standard configuration)
Haze method: The gas evaporated when the sample is heated in the misting cup is condensed on the glass plate at low temperature. The haze values before and after condensation on the glass plate are compared and calculated. , the fogging value of the sample can be obtained. (Sold separately)
Gravimetric method: the gas evaporated whenWhen the sample is heated in the misting dish, it is condensed on the aluminum foil at low temperature. By weighing the weight change of the aluminum foil before and after condensation, the fog sample can be obtained. -The weight of the condensate. (Standard configuration, scale purchased separately)
