During the use of the rubber material testing machine, the pressure does not increase. This is a common fault during inspection. The reasons are as follows:

1. The oil in the rubber material testing machine contains impurities, and these impurities enter The oil cylinder wears the surface of the oil cylinder and the oil plug, and the gap increases or the gap is already large due to poor machining precision, causing oil leakage. In this case, use oil with a higher viscosity. If the pressure is still due to an oil leak, replace it. New cylinders.

2. Some rubber material testing machines have not been used for a long time, and the U-shaped apron in the oil tank is dry.

3. It may be an oil leak from the working cylinder. Due to the change of seasons or indoor temperature, it is necessary to reReplace high quality engine oil to solve it.

4. When the safety setting position is not adjusted properly, the rubber material testing machine cannot rise to high pressure. When the oil pump valve of the testing machine is in good condition, the pointer can rise steadily at low tonnage and reach high tonnage. Finally, the pointer always stays in a small range. No matter how much you increase the oil supply, when the tonnage increases further, you can loosen the safety valve nut, tighten the screw on a suitable device, and then tighten the nut to adjust. The safety valve is a device used to ensure that the pressure of the testing machine does not continue to increase and damage the machine when the pressure exceeds the rated capacity of the testing machine in an accident situation.

5. When the pressure of the m test machinerubber material does not increase, it can also be caused by excessive relaxation of the engine drive belt due to oil immersion. The solution: move the motor to tension the belt or replace the conveyor belt.

6. Insufficient amount of oil in the fuel tank can also prevent the pressure tonnage from rising.

7. The oil distribution valve is faulty. During the test, if not because the sample reaches the pour point and the pointer rotates erratically or stops rotating, the oil delivery valve is fully open and the pointer s always stops at the original position. At this time, the oil pump is working normally again. The oil valve piston is stuck and cannot self-adjust. Therefore, the oil from the high pressure oil pump cannot be sent to the test working oil cylinder, so that the pressure cannot increase. The oil distribution valve should be removed, the valve cone and the inside of the oil distribution valve should be cleaned, and then installed.

8. There is a needle valve on the working cylinder side of the rubber material testing machine. If its position is not adjusted properly, the pressure of the testing machine will not reach a high tonnage. The oil valve seals the oil circuit, prevents the oil leaking from the oil cylinder and the piston from flowing back into the oil tank along the oil return pipe, and the air into the U-shaped leather ring can also be removed by loosening the screw.

9. The oil filter in the fuel tank is too dirty and clogged, resulting in insufficient oil supply, preventing the pressure from building up. Treatment method: take it out and clean it.
