When we use a constant temperature and humidity test chamber, the temperature sometimes drops slowly, so what is the reason for this phenomenon? Then we will analyze this problem for you.
1. There is too much dust in the condenser, clean the dust from the condenser.
2. The part is tested with a tip, which leads to excessive heat generation, which causes the temperature in the box to slowly drop and not reach the surface setting or any cooling.
3. Fan does not spin: Check if the fan can start while the test box is running. If the fan can be started during the operation of the test box, it means the fan is normal.
4. Large load: Check whether the experimental part is live test and measure the heating value of the part during the live test. If the heating value is less than 300W, it will not display.will not affect the test box, but the heating value will increase the temperature in the box. Cooling is slow and cannot reach outside setting or no cooling.
5. The ambient temperature is too high: If the ambient temperature is too high, it is necessary to find a way to reduce the ambient temperature, such as installing an air conditioner in the room or opening the lower louver and blowing with a fan, so as to get the cooling effect.
