There are so many brands of pressure gauges that it is difficult to distinguish between them, let alone their quality, and it is not easy to distinguish the quality of this product. This article will give you some distinctions tips:

Methods to distinguish the quality of pressure gauges:
1. The spring tube of a general pressure gauge has a certain cross-sectional shape (commonly used is flat round and approximately elliptical), bent into a \"C\" shape, and a tubular spring that can meet certain elastic requirements. If the spring tube is too small, it will affect the accuracy rating of the pressure gauge.
2. If the pressure gauge indication value exceeds the allowable error, the pressure gauge indication value adjustment screw should be adjusted. If the pressure gauge does not have an indication value adjustment screw, the pressure gauge can only be judged as unqualified.

3. The graduation numbers and symbols on the dial of the pressure gauge should be ccomplete and clear. The dial should be evenly distributed, and the closed center angle is generally 270°. The pressure gauge needle should extend over all the graduation lines, and the width of the tip of the needle indication should not be more than 1/5 of the small division interval. The distance between the pointer and the plane of the indexing plate should be between 1 and 3 mm. For the case with an outer diameter of more than 200mm (including 200mm), the distance between the pointer and the plane of the indexing plate should be between 2 and 4 mm.
4. The casing of the pressure gauge must be able to protect the internal parts from pollution. The pressure gauge should be equipped with a safety hole, and a dustproof device should be installed on the safety hole.
5. For a pressure gauge with a stop pin, the pointer should be close to the stop pin when there is no pressure or vacuum, and the \"short gap\" should notexceed the specified allowed error. 6. Digital pressure gauge. It depends on the rationality of the overall structure, the chosen material, the aging process of electronic components and the long-term stability.
