How to judge whether the smart electromagnetic flow meter is good or bad: use visual inspection and instrument method, use GS8 to check whether the sensor excitation coil resistance value, insulation resistance between signal lines, grounding resistance and other items meet the standards before leaving the factory.

If the zero point and the output current of the electromagnetic flowmeter converter meet the accuracy requirements. The specific detection method is:
1. Measure the resistance value of the pickup coil to determine if there is a short circuit between the turns in the pickup coil. Measure the resistance value between line number \"7\" and \"8\", and the resistance value should be 30 ohms at 170 between Europe. If the resistance is the same as the factory record, the coil is considered to be good, and then it is indirectly judged that the current.ty of the magnetic field of the smart electromagnetic flowmeter sensor has not changed.
2. Measure the insulation resistance of the exciter coil at the ground line number \"1\" and \"7\" or \"8\" to judge whether the sensor is wet, and the resistance value should be greater than 20 megohms.
3. Measure the contact resistance value between the electrode and the liquid, measure the line numbers \"1\" and \"2\" and \"1\" and \"3\", indirectly evaluate the overall condition of the electrode and the surface of the coating layer. For example, if the electrode surface and the coating layer are attached to the deposition layer, and if the deposition layer is conductive or insulating. The resistance value between them should be between 1 kohm and 1 megohm, and the resistance values ​​of wire numbers \"1\" and \"2\" and \"1\" and \"3\" should be approximately symmetrical.
4. Close the valve on the pipeline and check the zero point of the whole machine when the diceintelligent electromagnetic bitmeter is filled with liquid and there is no liquid flow. Make the appropriate adjustments, if necessary.

5. Check the insulation resistance of each lead wire of signal cable and excitation cable, and check whether the shield layer is intact.
6. Use the GS8 calibration instrument to test the output current of the converter. When the flow is zero, the output current should be: 4.00 mA; with 100% flow, the output current should be: 20.00 mA. The error of the output current value must be better than 1.5%.
7. Test the value of the excitation current between terminals \"7\" and \"8\" of the converter. The positive and negative values ​​of the excitation current must be within the specified range, approximately 1375%, mA.
