 1. How to solve the failure of the detector
There are 4 reasons for the failure of the detector:
①The socket of the detector is loose with the seat of the motherboard;

③The fixing screw on the spool and the motor shaft are not fixed in place;
④The spool itself is too tight to turn. The inspection order is ③-①-④-②.

 2. Reasons and treatment methods for poor sample aspiration
There are mainly four reasons for poor sample aspiration, and check along the line \"from simple to complex \" ;
①Check whether there is air leakage in the connection pipes of each interface of the pipeline (including the connection pipe between the electrodes, between the electrode and the valve, and between the electrode and pump tubing), which manifests as no sample aspiration;
② Check the pump If the tubing is stuck or too tired, replace it with a new pump tubing. The phenomenon is that the pump tube makes abnormal noise;
③ There is protein precipitation in each pipe, especially at each joint. This phphenomenon is manifested by unstable positioning of the liquid flow velocity process, even if the pump tube is replaced with a new one, the solution To remove the connectors, clean them with water.
④ If there is a problem with the valve itself, check it carefully.

 3. Reasons and Solutions for Electrode Drift and Loss of Control
①The common cause of electrode drift is that the ground wire is not properly connected and the ground wire should be checked ; Bad;
②Voltage is unstable, connect to UPS uninterruptible power supply or better quality regulated power supply (poor quality regulated power supply will cause electrode drift);
③Avoid electromagnetic interference, higher power The equipment should be as far as possible from the instrument, and the power supply should be set independently;
④Check whetherstandard solution and cleaning solution have been used up; When the pH electrode drifts, it should be cleaned with a glass electrode cleaning solution. Then rinse it several times with distilled water;
⑥ If all the electrodes are drifting, you need to check if the reference electrode is expired;
⑦ If the positioning is not good , the solution is not completely immersed in the electrode, and the positioning operation must be performed again;
⑧ If there are air bubbles above the reference electrode, press the flow cell to move the air bubbles to the top of the Na electrode; fluffy precipitation.

4. Electrode slope How to deal with it when it decreases The low slope of the electrode will cause poor linearity of the test and sometimes affect the repeatability of the electrode. The main reasons are:
① Too much protein is adsorbed on the membrane plateof the electrode;
②The air humidity is too high;
③The temperature is too low;
④The service life is coming to an end.

 In the fourth case, the user must replace the electrode. In the first case, it can be treated with a protein removal solution. There are special cleaning solutions for Na and pH electrodes, and the rest of the electrodes can be prepared by dissolving a piece of protease in 30 ml of 10.1 M hydrochloric acid. Protein cleaning solution, use the function of cleaning service program item to clean several times, remove protein, then rinse with PVC cleasolution several times, measure sample after calibration is stable.
The second and third cases mainly concern Na and pH electrodes. If the air humidity is too high, a dehumidifier should be used for dehumidification; if the temperature is toolow, it can be heated inside. If these two conditions are not met, the Na electrode, pH electrode and signal board can be heated and dehumidified with a hair dryer before measurement.
