The water flow plate method thermal conductivity tester is used to test the thermal conductivity of textiles, ceramic fibers, felts, boards, bricks and other refractory insulating materials at different temperatures. Parameters main features:

1. Heating furnace test temperature: 200℃-1250℃;

2. Number of test pieces: 1-4 pieces;

3. Large measurement range: range (0.03-2.00) W/ (m2K);

4. Drying and theat treatment: dry the sample and carrier plate at 110°C ± 5°C to constant weight, or treat as per product process requirements;

5. Flowmeter Parameters: Motherboard flow meter: (2.5-25) L/H 20°C; guard plate flowmeter: (2.5-25)L/H 20°C; water supply flowmeter: (10-100)L/H 20°C.

Operation steps:

1. Turn on the water bath: turn on the power switch, cycle switch and refrigeration switch in turn to set cold plate temperature.

2. Turn on the computer, enter the main interface of the thermal conductivity tester, click the \"Enter\" button to enter the measurement interface (when the software prompts you to turn on the power, turn on the switch on the right side of the tester).

3. On the left side of the operation interface, enter the relevant parameters of the test unit name,of the tester and the name of the test part in order.

4. Set the heating plate temperature: In the heating plate temperature box, fill in the required test temperature.

5. The thickness of the specimen is the average value of two measurements at the placement of the specimen, the warm-up time is generally 30 minutes, and the test time is generally 150 minutes.

6. Click the \"Start Experiment\" button to start the experiment.

7. After the measurement is completed, the system will automatically give the test result and test report, save or print the corresponding report.

8. Exit the experiment, exit the program and turn off the water bath: turn off the refrigeration switch in turn.

9. When the measurement is complete, take out the specimen, place it in the protective plate, turn the equipment upside down and make sure that all power sources are connected.upped before leaving the laboratory.
