The Taber Abrasive Tester is suitable for fabric, paper, paint, plywood, leather, floor tiles, glass, natural plastics, etc. The test method is that a rotating sample is held against a pair of abrasive wheels, and a specified load is applied. When the sample rotates, the abrasive wheels are driven to wear down the sample. The weight lost through wear is the difference between the weight of the sample before and after the test.

Operating steps:

Test preparation:

1. Mount the sample on the test turntable, select the desired weight. Load the test weight and make sure that the test wheel does not come into contact with the sample holder during the test.

2. Move the governor switch to the lowest position.

3. After setting the number of tests according to the test requirements, the whole machine is in the test test state.

Operating specifications:

1. Connect the appropriate power supply 220V or 110V on according to the label

2. Turn the control switch to the minimum to avoid overspeed and cause abnormalities in the machine.

3. Turn on the power, test the machine first, and turn off the power if there is no abnormality.

4. Press the reset button to reset the counter to zero. Set the number of times to test according to the requirements, and the counter can be set to 99999999 times. Press the RST key on the counter to clear the counter, press the > key for five seconds to enter the test number setting, the eight digits on the counter from bottom right to top left represent one to tens of millions respectively, if the setting is 280360 times, press the key > Set the beating value to the third digit at the top left, press the ∧ key to set the value to 2, then press the key > to set the beating value to the fourth digit at the top left, press the ∧ key to select thevalue to 8, then press the > key to set the beat value to Pr Use the ∧ key to set the value to 3, then press the > key to adjust the jump value to the second number bottom right. 6. Press the start button, the whole machine enters the test state.

7. Adjust the regulator to adjust the speed to the required test speed.

8. Turn on the power switch of the vacuum cleaner to make it work.

9. After testing the number of times set by the counter, the machine will automatically stop and enter a standby state.

10. Turn off the power, remove the sample and clean the machine.

Maintenance items:

1. The instrument must be placed on a stable surface before use ,

2. It is not allowed to move the machine during use;

3. Select the corresponding power supply voltage, not too high to avoid burning out the device;

4. If the instrument is abnormal, please contact our company for timely processing;

5. There should be a good ventilation environment when the machine works.

6. Due to the heavy load on each part of the button mechanism, lubricate the mechanical part in time;
