The measurement method is a supplement to the high temperature oxygen index test. Based on the ordinary intelligent oxygen index instrument, an electric heater is added to the combustion cylinder position to preheat the mixed gas; and to test different materials at a certain concentration of oxygen. It is used to determine the burning performance of self-supporting vertical strips or thin sheet plastic materials with a thickness of 10.5 mm under the test conditions, and is also suitable for determining the burning performance of films or vertically supported film materials.
