How to use cleaning agent for stainless steel heat exchanger

Stainless steel heat exchanger: After dissolving, pour the agent into the heat exchanger system and circulate it with pump cleaning. The heat exchanger can also be soaked and cleaned after disassembly.

Cooling circulation system: the system is filled with clean water and the cooling water circulation pump is startedswitched to keep the water system running. Place the detergent in the dosing box, stir to dissolve and inject into the circulation system. After 4-6 hours of normal cleaning cycle, the cleaning solution is replaced and the anti-corrosion treatment is carried out with a passivation agent. Close and drain the waste liquid, rinse with water 2-3 times. If the machine cannot be turned off for draining during normal operation, the system waste fluid can be replaced and drained by injecting clean water during draining. If the condenser is cleaned separately, after the agent has dissolved, the external circulation pump connects the condenser to a circulation loop (low in and high out) and injects the agent into the condenser for 6-8 hours of circular flushing. Then rinse 2-3 times with water.
