GB12703 textile friction electrification tester, test method

The textile triboelectric charge tester is used to evaluate the electrostatic properties of fabrics or yarns and other materials charged in the form of friction under laboratory conditions. GB/T12703-91 is the static electricity test method for textiles, applicable to all kinds of textiles, but not floor coverings. Main parameters:

1. Electrostatic charge measurement range: ±0.001μC-9.999μC;

2. Friction cloth is nylon or acrylic, and the size is: 400mm × 450mm;

3. Three samples according to the warp and weft directions, the sample size is: 250mm × 350mm;

4. The inner diameter of the drum: (65±5) cm;

5. Depth of the drum: (45±5) cm;

6. Drum rotation speed: greater than 46 r/min;

7. Drum diameter: greater than 30 cm;

8. The number of roller blades: more than 2 pieces;

9. Duration: 0~ 99.99 minutes can be adjusted arbitrarily.

Test sample:

1. The sample should be within 1/10 width of the edge of the fabric, and the distance from the fabric. The parts above the lm terminal must be used and there must be no defects affecting the test.

2. Washing samples

a. Use a neutral or weakly alkaline detergent with a pH lower than 9 in a ratio of 2s/L. Wash and dehydrate three times, bath ratio 1:30;

b. Wash with lukewarm water at around 40°C for 5 minutes, rinse and dehydrate for 2 minutes;

c. Repeat the process of a and b once.

3. Pretreatment of the sample

The washed sample is precooked at 50°C for a certain period of time;

Under the temperature of test and environmentnt wet, the precooked samples were placed for more than 24 hours.

4. Processed samples must not be contaminated.

Test conditions:

1. The environmental conditions of the test are: temperature 20±5℃; relative humidity 30%-40%.

2. The test conditions should be indicated in the test report.
