Product introduction</ p

Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of my country\'s industrial modernization and urban economy, the cement industry, one of the basic industries of my country, has also developed rapidly. At present, the total cement production of my country accounts for more than 30% of the world\'s total cement production. For more than 20 years in a row, the annual growth rate of my country\'s total cement production has remained above double digits, ranking first in the world both in terms of growth rate and total production. At the same time, my country is also a major exporter of cement. According to reports, Asia\'s cement trade volume accounts for about 40% of the world\'s total cement trade volume, while China accounts for 30-40% of Asia\'s total cement export volume.g takes. Therefore, we can say that China has become a real cement power in the world. Not only that, judging by the current economic development trend of our country, the demand for cement continues to grow, with an average growth rate of 10.86%, which is higher than the development speed of the national economy in the same period.

Due to the harsh working conditions in the production process of the cement industry, a large number of wear problems will occur during the mining, crushing, grinding and transportation of materials, and machine zero, In order to ensure the normal production and To maintain the functioning of the cement industry, sufficient wear-resistant spare parts must be supplied at all times. Wear and tear is one of the major sources of material and energy consumption in industry. Among them, abrasive wear is the most serious, accounting for about 50% of various types of wear. my country\'s wear-resistant materials consume about 2 millionand tons per year, and it is still growing at a rate of 15% per year.

The wear-resistant materials industry is a new type of industry with strong vitality that directly serves the building materials, cement, metallurgical mines and thermal power generation industries. In the cement industry, the consumption of spare parts and electrical energy takes up a large part of the production costs. In recent years, the wear-resistant industry has also grown and expanded with the development of my country\'s national economy, and has gradually become an independent industry. Because the wear problem is actually unavoidable and objective in the industry. Therefore, as long as there is basic industry development of raw materials, there must be a continuous supply of parts and components made of wear-resistant materials. In addition, with the continuous advancement of the industry and the requirements for energy conservation and milprotection, the demand for the amount and variety of wear-resistant materials will continue to grow, and this industry will become more prosperous and have stronger vitality. Therefore, based on this, we call the wear-resistant materials industry an \"immortal industry\".

Status and development

According to incomplete statistics, there are about 800-1,000 pieces. Among them, less than 2 have an annual output of more than 10,000 tons0, and the rest are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises. The resources of these enterprises are:

1) Foundry workshops in the professional machinery factories of various industries and places, such as: Tangshan Water Machinery, Beijing Water Machinery and other cement machinery factories etc.;

2) Machine factories (mechanical repair) of large industrial and mining enterprises, such as forging and ball rolling mills of Shougang and Anshan Iron and Steel;

3) Private professional wear parts factories

The first two types were originally state-owned enterprises , and some companies have also started to restructure; the third kind is private. Some enterprises started with some ordinary small foundries and later turned into professional factories producing wear-resistant parts; And mechanical processing one-stop mechanized production mode. Some enterprises have completed the original accumulation, and after many times of technical transformation and expansion, they have gradually developed into large and medium-sized professional factories for the production of wear-resistant material. Due to the flexible management mechanism of private enterprises, they have gradually become the main force in the production of wear-resistant products in China. Nevertheless, my country\'s wear-resistant materials industry, compared to kindsimilar foreign companies, still a big gap in terms of production scale and technical level. These gaps are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1) Distributed production scale

For example, the largest sustainable Abrasive materials company Anhui Ningguo Wear-resistant Materials General Factory has a total output of 100,000 tons. But in Ningguo City, there are fifty or sixty grinding ball manufacturers of the same type, with a total output of about 150,000 tons. Due to the fragmented production scale and different sales channels, it is difficult to avoid internal strife and price confusion. Until now, for various reasons, it is still difficult for these enterprises to achieve the goal of unified sales and management. And a well-known manufacturer of wear-resistant materials in the world - Belgian Magto Company, its current annual output of wear-resistant spare parts is 350,000 tons, and itsproducts are sold all over the world and occupy the main markets of some of the world\'s major cement industries;

2) The means of production are backward

Among these wear-resistant material enterprises, with the exception of some large enterprises, most Most small and medium-sized enterprises still produce by hand, the degree of mechanization is relatively low, and the production technology is relatively backward;

3) The quality control and management level is low

With the further development of the national economy and cement industry, the quantity requirements will and variety of high-quality wear-resistant materials are getting higher and higher. At the same time, after my country has joined the WTO, the market demand for foreign wear-resistant materials is also increasing, and competition in domestic and foreign markets will become more and more fierce. In light of DIn this situation, formulating the enterprise\'s development strategy will be an urgent matter for business leaders to consider.
