3. The speed is unstable, try to avoid the inverter running at low frequency. In general, the inverter should be set above 8HZ. If the high frequency is still unstable, you can lower the V/F ratio. If it is in vector control mode, the motor parameters may change and cause parameter mismatch after long time use. You can re-do the parameter matching between the drive and motor and then save it.

4. The sound of the motor is too loud and the temperature of the motor is high. You can increase the carrier frequency correctly. At this time, the output waveform of the inverterwill be more ideal. If the inverter interferes with other equipment during operation, the carrier frequency can be reduced accordingly.

5. The newly installed inverter cannot start working. key to set the frequency, so if you use the inverter external terminal control, of course, it can not be used directly. You can find the frequency source and the given signal source in the parameters, and set it to the corresponding external control mode.

6. The inverter has been used for a long time and the current is too large. You can check the fan at the outlet of the inverter to see if it has a lot of dust, etc. There is a lot of dirty things on the fan blades or in the main circuit of the inverter Now remove them, clean them completely and blow them several times with dry compressed air, which can usually solve the problem.
