More than 500 representatives from China and abla route came from the China National Textile and Clothing Council, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Bureau Chinese Fiber Inspection Service, General Administration of Customs, Australian Embassy in China, American Cotton Association. , as well as representatives of cotton textile companies and cotton traders. According to usual practice, the country will announce the target price of direct cotton subsidies for the new year in mid-April. So, will the subsidized cotton price in Xinjiang increase or decrease? How big a change do you think will be in thecotton production?

This forum conducted a survey of professionals on site in the form of a questionnaire. Among the companies participating in the survey, 64% believe that this year's target price will be lower than 19,800 yuan/ton; 23% of companies estimate that it will be the same as in 2014.

Regarding cotton production in 2015, 67% of companies surveyed estimate that it will decrease by 10% to 20%, and 28% of companies think it will decrease by 20 to 30%.
