Product introduction

Main purpose:

Auto sealing strip abrasion tester is used for testing all kinds of auto fluff and coated guide groove sealing strips and sponge coatings. German Volkswagen Technology TL52057, PV3313 wear standard in TL52417 and PV3366 wear standard in TL52641 technical standard;

China Ministry of Automobile Industry Standard QC/T711-2004 Automobile Sealing Strip Flocking Abrasion Test Method;

National Standard GB/T21282-2007 Wear test standard for passenger car rubber and plastic sealing strips and other automotive sealing strips.

Operation steps:

1. According to the test requirements, select the corresponding friction tool, the additional anvil and its accessories and installthem on the friction testing machine.

When installing, make sure that the load of the friction tool and its brick code are evenly can be applied to the surface of the rubbed sample.

2. Fix the sample flat on the mobile platform of the testing machine.

3. Set the friction frequency, friction times, and moving stroke according to the test requirements. If there are no special requirements, the recommended friction frequency is (5) LW/min (the number of frictions is included as one reciprocating LW); the selection range of the moving stroke is 60mm to 100mm; different parts, different pretreated samples.

4. Open the test machine and run a friction test. The machine stops automatically after reaching theset friction times. Take out the sample, inspect the friction condition by visual inspection, record the observation results, and express the test results according to the evaluation level.

Test results show:

1. According to the friction situation observed from the rubbed surface, the test results are expressed according to the evaluation level in Table 4.

2. When evaluating, the 5 mm at both ends of the moving stroke of the rubbed part is not taken into account and must be 3 The sample with the lowest number among the samples is taken as test result.
