(2) Anti-shrinkage finishing agent for wool fabric

Resin finishing is currently a widely used wool anti-shrinkage processing method abroad. Compared with the oxidation method, it basically does not damage wool, and the treatment is relatively uniform, easy to operate and control. There will be manyresins used for shrink-free finishing of wool, such as polyurethane, polyamide epichlorohydrin condensate, polyacrylic acid ester, polysiloxane, etc. However, only the first two are used more. Because it is usually used in the continuous anti-shrinkage treatment of wool tops, the polyurethane anti-shrinkage agent can be finished in one step, saving the chlorination process and making the operation convenient and pollution-free. The molecular chain of the anti-shrink agent contains active groups. After finishing, a polymer film with a cross-linked network structure is formed on the surface of the wool fiber, and a chemical bond is formed between the wool fiber. Durability is pretty Good. (3) Anti-Static Finishing Agent

Most chemical fiber fabrics generate negative charges after friction, so anti-static agents should be used for finishing. Antistatic agent is an important class of auxiliary substances for finishing fabrics. Cationic surfactants are effective antistatic agents for synthetic fibers. However, such antistatic agents used in industry have the disadvantages of insufficient washing fastness, easy discoloration of dyed fabrics and low rub resistance. The water-soluble polyurethane, especially the ionic water-soluble polyurethane, is a good fabric finishing agent, which not only has good anti-static effect, but also has good adhesion tohas fabrics and is resistant to washing.

(4) Anti-pilling finishing agent

Pure cotton knitted fabrics are processed by boiling, bleaching, dyeing, finishing, etc., resulting in a lot of lint and static electricity. After wearing for a while, the surface of the fabric will pill, affecting aesthetics and comfort. Resin finishing of fabrics can improve the anti-pilling performance of fabrics and can improve the anti-wrinkle and anti-static properties of fabrics.
