Taber Grinding Method:

American Standard ASTM D 3884-2009 on TABER Grinding method is determined and the test instrument is a taber abrasion tester.

Test principle:

The sample to be tested is placed on a roterunning platform placed, and the two rolling frictions above The wheel performs a rotational friction movement with the sample under a certain load to carry the sample. Martindale abrasion method:

Martindale abrasion method is often used for the abrasion resistance test and pilling evaluation of textiles , the Martindale Abrasion Tester is the best testing tool. GB/T3903.16-2008 "Abrasion Resistance of Footwear Uppers, Linings and Inner Pads" stipulates that Martindale De Del method is a test method for testing shoe uppers, and it is also suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of automotive leather.

Using the Martindale abrasion method, the sample was rubbed under constant pressure against a standard rubbing tissue. The relative motion of the Lissajous figure between the friction fabric and the specimen causes friction. During use, place a piece of polyurethane foam with a thickness of (3 ± 1) mm and a density of (30 ± 3) kg / m3 on the back of the sample and clamp it. STROLL wear-resistantte method:

The principle of STROLL wear-resistant method is to test the sample Placplaced on an inflated rubber diaphragm with constant air pressure, the preparation is rubbed with sandpaper with a special surface. Operation steps:

Place the sample on the rubber film in the flat state, then put the sandpaper on the sanding plate, and make the contact head connected with the sandpaper flat with the surface of the sandpaper together .
