Principle of the test:

The purpose of the test is to detect resistance to scratches and decoly from the coating. The ordinary method of hundreds of grids is manual testing, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. When this instrument is used, it is driven by two motors to control the length of the scratches and the distance between the scratches. The movement process is as follows: In the first step of the test, the reciprocating moving platform moves once (a half circle), the cylinder lifts the scraping finger, the motor drives the scraping finger so that it moves a certain distance longitudinally, the cylinder lowers the scraping. finger, then the alternate moving platform moves again. (half turn), the cylinder raises the scraping finger and the motor drives the scraping finger to move longitudinally again for a certain distance, and so on. When the number of strokes is completed, manually rotate the test plate 90 degrees, perform the second stage testtype, then complete the test.
