Operation specification of Taber abrasion resistance tester:

1. connect the appropriate power supply 220V or 110V as indicated
2. Turn the governor switch to the lowest level to avoid the abnormal situation of the machine caused by too fast speed.
3. Turn on the power supply, try the machine first, and turn off the power supply if there is no abnormality.
4. Press the reset key to reset the counter to zero. According to the requirements, set the number of times to be tested, and the maximum counter can be set to 9999999 times. Press RST key on the counter to reset the counter, and press > key for five seconds to enter the test times setting. Eight digits on the counter respectively represent one digit to ten million digits from the bottom right to the top left. If 280,360 times are set, press > key to adjust the runout value to the third digit on the top left, press ∧ key to set the value to 2, then press > key to adjust the runout value to the fourth digit on the top left, and press ∧ key to set the value to 8. When the grinding wheels wear out to the periphery of the volume label, they should be replaced immediately.3.
