   This instrument is suitable for the abrasion test of flocking sealing strips. Use a standard friction head (specified load) to rub the sealing strip test piece after a certain stroke and speed to observe the degree of wear resistance of the flocking sealing strip.

The main purpose:

Automobile sealing strip abrasion tester is used to test the wear resistance of various automotive fluff and coated guide groove sealing strips and sponge-coated door frame sealing strips, door sealing strips, trunk sealing strips, etc. It is widely used in automobiles Production industry and its supporting enterprises.

  Applicable standards:

   PV3313 wear standard in German Volkswagen technology TL52057, TL52417 and PV3366 wear standard in TL52641 technical standard;

  China's Ministry of Automobile Industry Standard QC/T711-2004 automobile sealing strip flocking test method for abrasion resistance;

   The national standard GB/T21282-2007 rubber and plastic sealing strips for passenger cars and other automobile sealing strip abrasion test standards.

Technical Parameters:

  1. Type: 6 hammer electric type;

   2. Test piece: sampling on various sealing strip products;

  3. Load: 250g, 325g, 500g, 1000g, 3000g (various weights can be customized according to the standard);

   4. Wearing stroke: 0-160mm;

  5. Adjustable height of the wear head: 0-50mm;

   6. Abrasion speed adjustment range: 0-90 times/min;

  7. Counter: 0-999999 times;

   8. Volume: 1020X850X630mm;

   9. Net weight: about 160KG.

Steps:

   1. According to the test requirements, select the corresponding friction tools, additional anvil codes and their corresponding accessories, and install them on the friction testing machine.

   During installation, ensure that the load of the friction tool and its additional bricks can be evenly applied to the surface of the sample being rubbed.

  2. Fix the sample flatly on the mobile platform of the testing machine.

  3. Set the friction frequency, friction times and movement stroke according to the test requirements. If there is no special requirement, the recommended friction frequency is (Yinshi 5)LW/min (the number of friction is recorded as one reciprocating LW); the selection range of the movement stroke is 60 mm to 100 mm; different parts, different pre-processed samples .

   4. Open the testing machine and conduct a friction test. The machine will stop automatically when the set friction times are reached. Take out the sample, inspect the friction condition by visual inspection, record the observation result, and express the test result according to the evaluation level.

  The test result shows:

  1. According to the friction situation observed from the rubbed surface, the test results are expressed according to the rating level in Table 4.

  2. In the evaluation, the 5 mm at both ends of the movement stroke of the rubbed part is not taken into consideration, and one of the three samples with the lowest grade should be used as the test result.
